Shipping
- We deliver across India from New Delhi.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery within Delhi NCR typically takes 1–3 working days; other locations take 3–7 working days.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A small delivery charge applies to orders below this amount and is shared at the time of order confirmation.
- Bulk and personalised orders have separate timelines, shared along with your quote.
Returns & Replacements
- If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order details along with clear photos or an unboxing video on WhatsApp (+91 97185 12093) or email (contact@brightbuds.co.in).
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.

- Custom gift hampers and bulk orders made to your specifications
- Used or opened art and craft consumables
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
